I sold an item today on an Auction and the buyer paid for it. When I went to print out the label I noticed it wasn't a full address, just London and Postcode. Then received a message from buyer saying please can I add a flat number to the address. They have 0 feedback. I thought this was dodgy so asked them to edit the address their end which they said they failed to do. I refunded the payment but now can't cancel the order - I presume I should've cancelled the order first but is there anything I can do to remedy the situation?
Thanks in advance for your help.

If it won't let you cancel contact ebay tomorrow and ask them to do it. You can ring them or request they ring you by viewing this link on your phone - not on a laptop or PC:

You should probably put the buyer's ID on your blocked bidder list:

What reason did you use for the refund? There are not many reasons for use and you may have damaged your account if you used an inappropriate reason.
If you had cancelled, that would have refunded and would have avoided this sort of situation.
Asking buyer to edit their address would not have solved the problem, as you would be stuck with the original address, which would not change.
