Missing item that was marked as delivered

Item I purchased said delivered.  Delivery man even took a photo of the item on my doorstep. But item was not there when I checked.  It was only about 60 seconds till I got to the door from delivered notification but item was missing already .what should I do

I'm afraid if the seller has tracking to show delivery to your address you will not be able to receive any refund from the seller or eBay.

 

Unfortunately,  items do get stolen if left in full view,  in an unsafe place,  and yes it can take seconds !

 

Some people have had success with their home insurance claiming a refund,  worth a try there?

 

Was this a Royal Mail delivery?  Tell your Postie  where you wish your items to be left.
