I need advice about a return and refund issue.

I bought an item on 30 March 2026. Item number:355759215404.

I opened a return because the item did not match the description or photos.

I accidentally accepted a partial refund of GBP 10.80, but I had already posted the item back to the seller.

Royal Mail tracking number: OS733108361GB. It shows delivered on 10 April 2026.

The case now shows as refunded and closed, but I only received a partial refund and the seller has the item back.

How can I contact eBay customer service or appeal this, so eBay can review the tracking and help me recover the remaining refund?
