It all depends on the reason you gave for the return.

If you claimed ' does not fit'  and the seller has a No Returns policy on their listings,  then the case will close.

If the item was misdescribed,  you should have selected item Does Not Match Description or Photos,  and if purchased within 30 days the seller would have been enforced to  refund.

Once a case is closed another for the same item cannot be opened with eBay.

You can try your payment provider,  see if they can help with a refund.
