Postage labels

Hi All,

I listed 4 jackets each were listed with postage via the simple delivery label system buyer pays with EVRI as the courier. A lady has bought all four and would like combined postage but does not want EVRI rather Royal mail. The weight of all four exceeds the weight limit of the delievery label for one.

How do I:

1. Change the courier?

2. Refund the buyer the difference in postage without losing money myself?

Is there any way of cancelling the delivery labels and starting again or booking them into Royal Mail myself??

Thanks for your help.

You can't change a Simple Delivery courier.   You have to cancel the transactions (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist items on one listing with one postage for the buyer to buy again.

First opt out of unwanted couriers on here:

Thanks very helpful

Best wishes

Just to add to the correct advice given, as you are asking about refunding postage,  refunds for the paid for, but unused Simple Delivery postage labels go to whoever paid for them this way ....

  • If you selected 'Buyer pays’ when you created the listing, your buyer will automatically be refunded for any Simple Delivery label that isn’t used after 30 days

  • If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling.
