Hi, can anyone help me please.

I dont know how it has happened but I have 2 ebay accts , one I have had for years  under my sky email address had for years.  recently I bought a apple mac and another account has been made on ebay using a gmail email address under another name .  I have stupidly sold 2 items on the new account but cant get access to the link to get label and send items.  I have tried logging in using gmail link but it keeps linking to my original ebay accoint,  cant talk to anyone to try and sort this ....  any ideas?
