As advised, don't try and sell partly used perfumes as they are prohibited by Ebay's policy.
Looking at one of your sold items, the CK Euphoria gift set, you have listed it as 'new other'. This is Ebay's definition:
New other (see details)
A new, unused item with absolutely no signs of wear.
Then, in the description, you have stated, 'Capacity: I would say there is about 98-99ml left (pictures 3 and 4)'
As long as you don't list any more partly used perfumes, your listings will not be removed.
