Hi , Ive sold an item and its been sent in the post to the buyer . The buyer has missed every delivery and has created a dispute on Ebay and they have removed funds directly from my account . The item is still in the post and shows up at the depot and DPD have declared they still have the item and its out for delivery . 

Ive had the funds removed from my account yet the item is still to be delivered . 

Im not liking being really messed about . As when the item is delivered ive already lost the item and the sale forced by Ebay . How is this possible to correct ?
