I've been block from my ebay account because  I couldn't  provide proof or purchase  for a phone I sold. The phone was 3cyears old and I have no receipt, ebay have said my account will stay permanently  blocked and they will not reply to my emails no more,I have 300 in my account  that I can't withdraw  ,someone  please  help
