The wining bidder hasn’t paid.
After 4 days the listing was cancelled.
The insertion fees was waived, and now I received an email from debit collectors.
This is clearly a mistake from eBay.
I contacted eBay several times, through the contact form, and keep getting what seams to be automated reply’s, with messages that doesn’t address the issues I reported, and it is terrible and frustrating as it seems to be answer coming from bots, but signed as a customer service person with a name at the end of the email message.
I am giving eBay all the chances to address this issue and put it right, but will be escalating this soon to Financial Ombudsman / FCA complaint.

Insertion fees are still payable even if you have a non-payer.
How long ago was this though? It must be a while if the debt has been passed on to debt collectors.

If you wish to speak to a human, the best time to contact Customer Services, is 8 a.m. on a weekday, as then there's also more chance of Dublin answering.
Only speak to them, it's a Call Back option, so you'll hear if it's ' Ireland Calling'.
It's Easter Monday next, lines may open for live agents at 9 a.m. but as said, still only speak to Dublin !
