We have now received 3 parcels in a couple of weeks, all sent to our home address (been an eBay customer for years) but the name on the parecl is not ours, nor anyone that has ever stayed at our address.

Been through the million help articles, but not one gets you to the right answer hence post, cannot see where we can speak with eBay themselves, but do not wish to just bin items.

Thoughts???
