It only allows you to attach 1 picture so i had to merge 2 pictures together 

The screenshot shows that when a code starts with an alpha character the apply button is active (blue) 

but when you start a code with a numerical character the apply button is greyed out

i.e. This is either a erroneous code and the vendor is lying or this is  a bug in ebay's code (which i doubt has gone undiscovered until now)
