Just in case you are not aware, when listing a BIN or allowing offers, sellers do have the OPTION to require immediate payment, it is not essential.

So if immediate payment is required then sale is not completed until payment made so item continues to be still for sale. (another buyer could even jump in and buy).

If Immediate payment is not selected then sale is made and requires buyer to pay, there is no automatic taking of payment.
