Hi tressygirl, thanks for the reply but there's a misunderstanding.
"When an offer is accepted, if there is no payment , the item remains on sale until payment is made."
I'm making the offer in the app (it's buggy) to the seller. I have funds and methods of payments as per eBay rules, that if offer accepted, the payment is automatically deducted. However in these instances (3 attempts), a confirmation green banner of acceptance for the order, yet it had not. I successfully sent an offer in chrome after 3 failed attempts in the app. This morning, offer accepted and payment automatically taken as usual. The app has issues. This all maybe related to network and the app/pixel network negotiation. Home WiFi and Data.
I can't really test this by sending offers at random though.
"An offer accepted will not show any funds in your account if the buyer has accepted the offer but not paid."
I'm not selling anything in this instance. However, I as a buyer have to have funds and method of payment that should offers be accepted, payment will automatically be made on that acceptance immediatly.
Network issue perhaps. The green banner of accpetance is prior to payment (as no payment made). Thus that next link is blocked with network issue. I get alot of network issues when searching and loading items in the app. It's not something a user can test without flagging suspicion or lot's of cancelled orders should offer be accpeted. I'll just flag issues if they arries in the future. I did eventually have my offer accepted and paid. The offer sent via chrome and not the app on the same device, a Pixel 7 Pro.
