Can you please point me to where in the term's that I agreed to give ebay the right to issue refunds on my behalf with no chance of return of item and give away my item for fre?

And if this term does exist, why does it even give the seller the option to reject the claim if its 100% going in buyers favour? Isn't that a trap? 

I rejected the claim because I was 100% certain I would win the case, I mean why wouldn't I be? The item I sold matched the title, description and images exactly. I don't believe my case has ever been looked at properly.

So now the case is closed, appeal is closed, stonewalled by phone suppot. There is no action I can take? Seriously?
