Hi, I sold 2 items same postage option, Royal mail collect with label, the one last week I got an email conformation from RM re collection day and time (paid with debit card)

The one I sold today though (postage paid via ebay balance)  I haven't recieved a similar email and nothing from Ebay. 

When I clicked the RM collect with label I did get a pop up saying when it would be collected, the date and at the usual time postie comes but nothing else on my account page or email inbox to confirm it.

Is this normal or has Ebay glitched on me or is it jest me being a numpty?
