i bought an item from a seller and hadnt relised it was collection only, i cancelled this sale straight away as it was a 300mile round trip for me, the seller declined this and has my money, i have asked twice for there address and they are ignoring my messages so what do i do..

A week after purchase, you can open a case for item not received.
Unless the seller does provide their address in which case you can decide if you want the item enough to go and fetch it.

You can open an 'item not received' case, even for a collection only item.
