Thank you, that was one of the previous steps I've already completed. The email with the order information takes me to the eBay page where I requested the refund. I then received an email from eBay informing me that the seller had accepted the refund and that a return shipping label would be provided. A link in another email leads me to a page where I can view the return details. Among other things, I find the seller's UK postal address there, but not the return shipping label itself. I can only enter the tracking number. If I follow the link in my confirmation email to request help from eBay, I end up on an eBay page with an error message. The FAQ page suggested converting my guest account to a regular account, but that didn't help. The last I did was submit a help request through the eBay app's help function. There, they found the correct procedure, but again only contacted the seller, who had already told me that he needed my postal address because he only had the eBay global shipping address.
