Okay so I bought what I thought was a years subscription to chatgpt which lasted about 10 days. I contacted the seller who hasn't got back to me and been researching this online and realise I've foolishly been scammed. The thing is I can't work out how to report this to ebay as the resolution centre appears to have disappeared.

Doubtful if this can be resolved through a case as with a few exceptions, the sale of Digitally delivered items is not permitted as per policy >

Thanks, I know I'll never get the money back but just wanted ebay to be aware so they can stop and take them down, didn't know it was against their terms of service.

There is a general report a seller function, or you can report the listing if it's still there.
Don't expect ebay to take any action though.

If you paid by PayPal they possibly cover some subs, try contacting them.

If you funded that payment with a debit or credit card then best way forward is to issue a not as described chargeback.

You can try reporting them for digital delivery, but eBay is unlikely to close their account for one complaint. Especially as you are only in this situation because you bid for an item that was prohibited from sale and not covered by eBay's money back guarantee.
eBay isn't like the shops. Buyers have responsibilities too. The user agreement even warns buyers that eBay does not guarantee that items will be truthfully described, or even be safe or legal. Listings are entirely the responsibility of the seller. Buyers need to understand the risks and learn the site rules. eBay is a jungle.
