Large Corporate Seller not cooperating in missing refund

Hello,
Returned an Item to a seller who is a large corporate after them misleading me about providing a VAT invoice. Followed all their instructions, and no refund recieved. They are claiming to have sent it but now demanding I speak with eBay support (Which is not possible as it's beyond 30 days) and requesting bank statements. No refund is showing on eBay as they asked me to send it directly back to them. Any thoughts on what next to do. Bank is currently refusing a chargeback despite providing evidence of conversation with seller.
