Can anyone explain the following please?
I offer free postage but I have only just noticed an oddity on some of my listings. It depends on which page I look at but this is what I have noticed.
When I click on ‘My Ebay’, then click ‘Selling’, the ‘Selling overview’ page comes up. Bearing in mind I offer free postage I do not know why, but some of my listings on this page show the asking price ‘+ postage’. On that same page, if I then click the blue ‘Active’ button, the listings that had incorrectly shown ‘+postage’ now show the asking price ‘+postage (you pay)’, ie free postage, which is correct.
An example is shown below.
Lauren, Ralph Lauren - Ladies White Cotton Straight Jeans/Trousers. US 8 - UK 12
Listing renews in 1d £44.99+ postage
| Lauren, Ralph Lauren - Ladies White Cotton Straight Jeans/Trousers. US 8 - UK 12£44.99 Buy It Now Or Best Offer + free postage (Free for buyer, you pay)
|
Above details are what is shown on the Overview page. | Above details are what is shown on the Active page |
If buyers see incorrect information, they think they need to add on additional postage cost, as this could deter some people from making an offer.
Do I need to change/revise anything or do I need to speak to Ebay?
Many thanks.

Buyers only see free postage.
Check what happens when your listing renews.

Thank you. As long as buyers only see 'Free Postage', but I will keep an eye on it. It just seems such an odd thing to be happening. As I have only just noticed it, I don't know if it has always happened or is recent.
Thank you anyway.
