2. As a business seller you have to accept returns for any reason! If buyer was aware of this then they would be unlikely to edit feedback.

“Asking her to remove it” is that what you did, as you should have sent a proper Feedback revision request. That is the only way fb can be changed.

3. Visibility - I agree some sellers are more equal than others, really depends on how much you are prepared to pay to beat rivals. Ebay does not seem to realise they lose sales and fees by favouring the big sellers.
