So I have sent out offers to watchers of the item I was selling. Then a couple days later I agreed to the promotions fees. The item then sold via a counter offer. But I’m still being charged the promotional fee’s.

Does anyone know where it states that you will be charged this way? 

Sounds ridiculous!
