To be clear I dont mind payin fees.

given our GMV's

5% platform fee

I think about 1.5% for simple payments

3% for cross borders / credit cards

is about right.

We're at ~13% for vanilla sales, sometimes inflated by fees on international shipping / international VAT which is not a profit centre.
