just to clarify: 

 

I bought the toothbrush last year in September and it stopped working within a warranty.

 

The eBay account in question appears to be a legitimate store with high feedback. I contacted them and said the toothbrush had stopped working. They told me because it was over a certain time I had to send it back and then request my money back via PayPal.

 


But I accidentally sent the money rather than requesting it because I have a visual disability and made a mistake when pressing the wrong button. I have requested a refund that as well as the funds for the toothbrush after I sent it back and sent proof of postage and they have still not refunded me either.
