I think if it's a reasonable question like bust and length measurements because the seller has just put "size S" the seller should answer. Most sellers are good at listing descriptiins but when they don't list enough reasonable detail, they should answer those questions. Unfortunately, if they can't be bothered to list basic measurements, they probably can't be bothered to answer questions. Also, is it a tactic to refuse a return just because "it's too small/big" because basically you bought "blind"? If they don't answer, I don't buy.
