As I said, so far it was fairly smooth sailing and everything was fine, but then 2 really "odd" things happening all at once, I never really needed to check up up on much things, I make sure to describe my items accurately and give measurements, so people were quite happy with the items, I only had one problem before where I sold an expensive dress relatively cheap (took an offer as I wanted to get rid of it) and mentioned several times (in item condition and the description) that there is very slight bobbing on the inner sleeve, the buyer then complained that there was (you guessed it) slight bobbing and tried to get it even cheaper.
