'It isn't made clear the steps to take to book a collection. You click the blue get label button twice, first before choosing the collection date and again afterwards.' 

I always click 'book a collection' first, before clicking 'get label'... 🙃 

A couple of weeks ago, I forgot about the cut-off time of 9.00pm for booking a next day collection on eBay. It would have been very easy not to have noticed I was being offered the next available date, and not the next day.

You really do have to keep your wits about you with postage labels etc... it is so easy to miss something... 😱
