I'd be interested to know which feedbacks ebay thinks are more 'relevant' than others, and why a very recent neg was considered not to be 'relevant'.

 

If 'most relevant' simply means items similar to the one being 'watched' or looked at, surely that should be under product feedback?

Rather than 'relevant' making the seller look spotless; reading negs, and any responses to them, gives buyers a good idea about whether or not they'll receive the item they want and how the seller deals with any problems. Not how many of the same, albeit successful, similar items they've sold .
