I'm just a buyer from a "remote location" trying to help a fellow buyer from a "remote location". I don't believe I committed any harm in asking Marco to have a look at the matter. He very likely can't do anything anyway, but I thought I'd ask. Contacting customer support is no longer a simple matter; forgive me for trying to make a fellow buyer's life a little easier, especially when they haven't realised they have a problem yet... And why would they? They had some lovely conversations with their seller. They received their goods, everything was great; no one after all that would expect to receive a false positive feedback in return for their custom.

 

Ultimately it's up to the buyer but, at least I tried 🤷‍
