marco@ebay is there any chance you can help 89tone06 's buyer?
He has left a negative feedback for his buyer. A buyer he himself described as innocent. He has left a positive feedback for his buyer that states it is actually a negative feedback (several times), and they have not paid him. In reality, they did pay him, and his feedback was actually aimed at eBay, who held his payment for 14 days. It now looks, to anyone viewing his buyer's feedback, that they are non payers. I'm assuming they haven't been on eBay since to see this malicious feedback, otherwise, I'm sure, they would have reported him for feedback abuse and tried to have it removed.
It has been explained to 89tone06, on multiple occasions, how to add an update to the feedback he left for his buyer, but as of yet, he has not done anything about it.
His buyer lives in Northern Ireland, they are already at a disadvantage, with many sellers unwilling to ship to there. Now, all of their future sellers are going to see NEGATIVE NEGATIVE NEGATIVE - WHERE'S MY MONEY- NEGATIVE... I forsee a lot of cancelled purchases in their future if an amendment or complete feedback removal isn't made.
Can anything be done? Or can only the person who received the malicious feedback apply to have it removed?
