Did eBay release your payment yet, or are they doing the 30 day hold?

I see you haven't yet updated the feedback left for your buyer. I really think you should. It's cruel to leave them with that without apologising and stating the feedback was meant for eBay and not the buyer. Your buyer is from Northern Ireland and will already struggle to find people to sell to them, thanks to additional courier costs. They don't need every potential seller thinking they're a non payer as well. You said yourself that they did nothing wrong, that they are blameless in all this. Don't punish them for it @89tone06 . There is usually an option to "update" around your "feedback left for others"; on my buyer feedback it is usually on the right-hand side. It might be slightly different for sellers.
