Oh don't remind me 😞 "Go and pick up all the plastic bag bits..." I had to do that kind of thing when I was the oddjobber/prompt in a student theatre group.

Hubby made props for said group and things had to be made for PENNIES (including a full-sized K-9). We had to come up with the cheapest props, costume, make-up etc. So hubby, playing King Oedipus in the tragedy 'Oedipus Rex', when he tore out his own eyes, had marshmallows with jam smeared on them - actually looked really convincing. But then he accidentally stepped on them, the audience laughed hysterically, and the tragic atmosphere was never quite the same after that.
