The problem is that YOU have all the evidence. eBay doesn't, and right now,  it's eBay that needs that Special Delivery tracking number. The Post Office and eBay are NOT linked, it is Royal Mail and eBay who are linked. eBay has no clue what you purchase yourself over a Post Office counter, they only know what you purchase through the eBay site. That is why I said you needed to contact customer services and have them manually add that £32 postage tracking number. That way, the tracking status would have updated once your parcel was delivered... And still might, if it's not too late to do so. Your payment might release before then.
