Just to be clear the only tracking eBay can see is the tracking for the ~£5 Simple Delivery label that you purchased via eBay. You did not use this label so all eBay can see is that Royal Mail are expecting to receive the parcel. So, as far as eBay can tell the item has not been delivered - in fact, it looks to eBay as though you haven't even sent it.

eBay cannot magically link to the Special Delivery label that you purchased separately and I'm not sure if there's any way for you to actually add that tracking to the sales record. So, eBay cannot see the tracking for the Special Delivery Guaranteed label that you purchased separately.
