There isn't even any proof that Special Delivery Guaranteed parcel was sent, let alone delivered; the number isn't recognised. I tried adding the missing G and it still wasn't recognised. There's also the fact the 'feedback left for others' claims op was never paid for the items, and yet the SD label was generated the day after purchase, meaning the buyer did pay. OP seems to be blaming the buyer for eBay's hold on the payment, and the Post Office for Royal Mail's failure to scan properly. Personally, I'd wait the week or so for the payment to be released, and pray the buyer doesn't open a case for item not received, especially after having received feedback abuse from their seller.
