Royal Mail have posted a pic as proof of delivery.E bay has the item logged as not delivered
So either PO have not liased with EBay or Ebay are at fault.?
But I paid £32 for a registered PO parcel which EBay claim was not delivered.
So -- not a hard question --- where is the item?
