If the information Marco has posted is correct Royal Mail did not generate an acceptance scan so it is Royal Mail who are indicating the item has not been delivered. In fact, Royal Mail are indicating in their tracking that they never even received the item. Where are you seeing Royal Mail showing a delivery scan?
Also, I still don't understand why you have filed a (fraudulent) claim with Royal Mail unless your buyer has opened an "item not received" case.
Give me ambiguity or give me something else.
