I've just checked again, and the tracking number ending in 921GB is the one that is currently added to the order, and when you go to Royal Mail's website, and enter the full tracking number to track the item, it only says "We're expecting it" (see screenshot below) you can take the full tracking number from your order details and go here, so you can see this is what comes up. As advised above, if there is no confirmation of delivery, the funds will remain on hold until the date give in the transaction details as per our policies.
So, this would be a case of Royal Mail not updating their information, and if that's the case, then that'd be out of our control since they are a different company. If you are seeing some tracking information showing as delivered, that wouldn't be the same label that was generated and added to this transaction, and if you send the item with a different label, you'd need to wait the full length as advised above.
