I hope eBay's aware that RM tracking labels don't always update. I looked back randomly at past purchases starting months ago so it's likely that by now there'll be no change. Almost the first one I looked at, despatched 23.1.26 with RM tracking, still shows as not yet delivered, but I received my order promptly and left seller feedback.

However, in early/mid January I was noticing loads of RM Tracked items where I'd received the item in early/mid December and certainly before Christmas, and the tracking hadn't updated to show delivery. Yes RM was having a particularly bad Christmas in 2026, and I had made sure to leave seller feedback so sellers weren't left wondering. But today I was pleased to see that at some point after about mid-January the tracking has at last updated on those items I remembered! - so at quickest it took RM a month to update to show delivery, at worst they updated anytime from mid-January (when I was looking) to now 🙂 So maybe the OP should allow up to a month to see if the tracking hasn't updated?

There's at least one thread on the discussion board about this as it seems to happen to a lot of eBayers, all the time not just at Christmas. IIRC there were some who were very cross at having to wait ages to receive their funds, well past the time when feedback left by buyers said that delivery had occurred.
