I was checking for you there, and the tracking details on this order are still showing "We're expecting it" on the Royal Mail website, so this is why on eBay the tracking has not updated, once Royal Mail updates their status to delivered, then our system will pick it up and update accordingly. Did you use the label we provided you with, or you used a different one that is showing as delivered? If you used the label you were provided with from us, you'd need to wait until Royal Mail updates their tracking status, if you used a different label that was manually purchased by you, then I'm afraid you'd need to wait until the date given on your order details, which should be 14 days from the date the order was placed.
