Honestly, I'd just refund £55 of the original payment via eBay's Refund feature, block them from buying from you again and, if you know your items will sell within the UK, don't offer international shipping as an option in future.
If your buyer opens an eBay item not as described return it'll be a nightmare trying to organise a return label yourself, costly too.
