It’s more that they are all in the wrong category so you are going to struggle to get relevant views, not that any are fake views. The item specifics help you in the search as well and you don’t have any of those so you’re relying purely on buyers finding you by title search. If they are searching by category rather than site wide your items just won’t show up. 

If these were mine I’d cancel every one of them and re-list so they get indexed properly on the site. Ideally, if you re-take the photos in natural light it will help them stand out as there is a slight dullness. Buyers are often scrolling fast on search you need your listings to make them stop and look rather than discount them.

 

I was watching some coin auctions the other day, the same coin over and over in very similar condition from different sellers. It was striking how the best photos were reaching £40 and the ones that were smaller resolution and less clear had fewer watchers and went for nearer £30.
