The issue I had with Evri and Companies doesn't seem to understand is that when you buy second hand, items are unique, conditions and kinds, so we don't want a refund, just the hard find item. I still couldn't find a replacement to the parcel they stole from me, I got a similar items, but the legs are terribly damaged, i can't even fix them without alter it too much, shame, I am forced to try and buy the same item again and again and resell it if it is worst or unfit to fix it, because seller couldn't notice or write the damage, I often contact them and double check, but I don't find them faulty, Evri was supposed to deliver me the good shape item...
I had a world about them open later I sued them, I got my refund but no sight of the gift and the item the seller took care for me. Shame. I didn't notice before all the evidences there to me to know before, but later best then never I say. Hopefully many people will notice this as well and get informed and avoid them, because shops and comapnies always find them properly since they are better deals for them.
