Hi, thanks for your response. I think this is a lesson learned the hard way. Unfortunately, the seller didn't realise that they could change the default Evri courier. We are also waiting on another late parcel from Evri from a different seller. I wonder if eBay will realise that Simple Delivery is in name only.
