I have used simple delivery for a while now and it defaults to Evri mainly.

I drop parcel at local post office, they scan QR code on my phone, print label for parcel and give me a receipt.

Normally tracking shows parcel collected within a few hours.

However I have a parcel I dropped off Monday lunchtime (same process as above) that shows as at parcel shop and they will collect soon. Still showing this Wednesday morning.

I presume as I have drop off receipt etc , if the parcel has gone missing then it’s now an eBay - Evri issue?

aka they will process refund for buyer and claim from Evri.
