ebay's changes haven't had the full year to take effect - BPF arrived in February, SD arrived in May and promotional listings were changed in June so they have a bit to add to full year figures. On top of this ebay is increasing the fixed element of sales over £10 to 40p and changed FVFs in certain categories so far this year.

If figures don't match up to expectations we will probably see more of the above.
