Buyers graze, buying as they go - though a few will use the 'basket'
which should combine shipping.

Customer Services advice when a buyer has ordered multiple items, paying
as they go, is to cancel all their orders - then get the buyer to
reorder and ask to pay in one go via the basket - apparently that will
work assuming the buyer can be bothered to come back.

I do wonder if the EBAY team responsible for this mess have no
experience of running a professional Online Market Place?

Anyway after many months of asking EBAY Customer Services to sort out an
online issue I have finally registered as a business seller - in effect
I have reverted to what a private seller used to see before EBAY treated
us differently. No Buyers Fees so the price I ask is the the price they
see, same with offers what I offer is now what they see. No Simple
Delivery with full access again to PACKLINK; so I can combine orders
suggest other items they wish to add to their order, allow buyers to opt
to collect when they find out where I am etc. Plus reverting to a simple
and comprehensible fee structure based on the same Sellers Fees that we
used to see as Private Sellers. Perhaps that is what this is all about?
