100% , I have hundreds of items which have been on for years and the postage has been totally messed up now with items now costing me each time something is sold as many items can be fitted in a letter or large letter, I contacted an agent and they told me that they will escalate this as an urgent priority and get back to me. I set my account to seller away as I can't sell anything in this state when they are changing my listings to simple delivery which is more like complex nightmare delivery. It's been weeks now and I haven't heard anything back what so ever, when the seller away time runs out, I will be renewing again up stop all sales. This is the only way they will listen when they stop seeing profits.
