I have also been told that packages are processed automatically by machines. If you put a small box inside a flexible envelope, the machine may tear the envelope, and the box will fall out.

So my item ended up being delivered torn and open and empty. What is going on? is this true or a scam or dishonesty from the buyer.

The buyer told me the best way to avoid accidents is to send the item in a standard cardboard box!!
